Life Skills

The team supports young people aged 16-21 (extendable to 24 years old) who need support to gain access into employment, education, training and to live independently.

Our Work

The team offer ‘everything in one place’ through our young person’s Hub that includes incentives for engagement and attendance, with plenty of opportunities to develop and achieve. The team partner with other specialist agencies to focus on supporting young people.

Our Programmes

Our programmes encourage active involvement: trying out new skills and activities, and being part of a community. We provide opportunities for our young people to change direction and find a new path through shared experiences.
